He is survived by: his daughters, Regina LaForest and Katrina Woodward (Rick); his grandchildren, Johnathon (Kaitlyn), Andy, Lindsey, Karla and Kristopher (Jamie); and his great grandchildren, Brayden, Piper, Jackson, Olivia, Levi, Athene, Annalie, Aidan, Gabe, Isabelle, Declan, Everett, Devereaux, Emily, Katie, Kayla, Elaina and Gracie.
Memorial contributions in Guy's name may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
