She was predeceased by: her child Claude Marvin Lay Jr.; her parents, Willard Ramsey and Daisy Ramsey; and her siblings, Orville, Garrison, Grant, Frieda, Tildon, Candis, Mary, Margie and Margaret.
She is survived by: her children, James Lay (Stacy), Wanda J. Hall (Keith), Rita Michelle Barrios (Paul Anderson), Douglas Michael Lay, Delores Marlene Eddy (Steve) and Joshua Hauser (Tina Chapman); her grandchildren, Keith Jr., Briana, Elizabeth, Anthony, Christie, Nikki, Claude III, Jared, Tyler Robert, Danny, Tara, Jamie, Angela, Anthony Sr., Raquel, Jennifer and Emily; her great grandchildren, Aliyah, Anthony Jr., Amir, Aubrey, Julian, Matthew, Noah, Devin, Adam, Isabel, Laci, Camden, Tesla, David, Austin, Ian, Katelynn, Ruth and Eli; and her sister Ella Adkins.
