He was predeceased by : his wife Irene Cohen. He is survived by : his children, Alan Cohen (Trish), Jeffery Cohen (Adolfo Murillo), Douglas Cohen (Karen), Susan Kochis (Tom) and Kathy Pimpedly (John Reed); his grandchildren, Breanna Allen, Aaron Thomas (Brittany), Samantha Cohen, Nick Kochis and Zack Kochis (Rachel); his great grandchildren, Bayden, Maverick Thomas and Cora Cohen; and his brother Victor Cohen (Flora).

It is suggested that those who wish to further honor the memory of Howard Cohen may do so by making a contribution to: Penrickton Center For Blind Children.
