He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Brenda Collins and Paul Collins Sr.; his fiancée Jessica Shelata; his siblings, Beverly Collins and Wayne Collins (Stacey); and his pet Masie. He was also cherished by loving uncle to his six nieces and nephews.
