She was predeceased by : her parents, Jay Cappell and Ruth Cappell; and her husband Michael. She is survived by : her son Scott; and her grandchild Cam.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Taylor Chapel of Voran Funeral Home (23750 Goddard Rd, Taylor, MI 48180). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
