She was predeceased by: her parents, Michal Filek and Helen Kaminski; her husband Frank Witte; and her siblings, John Filek, Theophil Filek, Ann Lankford, Sophie Zajac and Tadeusz Filek.

She is survived by: her son Frank; her daughter-in-law Sarah; and her grandchildren, Megan and Erin. She is also survived by her in-laws, nieces, nephews.
