He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Spisak and Julia Spisak; and his siblings, Mary Yager, Joseph Spisak and Andrew Spisak.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Spisak; his sons, Christopher Spisak (Dawn) and Mark Spisak (Tammy); his grandchildren, Jeffrey Spisak and Jessica Spisak; and his great grandchildren, Jenna McIntosh and Emma Spisak. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
