He is survived by: his wife Kelly; his children, Brian, Derek (Alize Enriquez), Alyssa, Joseph (Mariah Fallon) and Julia; his grandchildren, Mila, Lily and Carter; and his siblings, Nora Havlik (Tom), Gwendolyn, Iris Slaven (Lloyd), Kim and Jill Maestas (Duane). He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
