He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kalisz and Rose Mary Kalisz. He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his daughters, Amanda and Naomi Kalisz; his siblings, Joseph (Linda), Gordon (Kelly), Debra Montague (Carl) and Patricia Gudzinski; and his grandchild Addilyn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
