He is survived by : his wife Deborah Mertz; his children, Kim Williamson (Aaron), Kristy Newman (Chris) and Rebekah Nash (Daniel); his grandchildren, Alyssa, Preston and Cole; his siblings, Michael Mertz (Barbie) and Taryn Rivers; his sister-in-law Jill Mertz; and his nieces and nephews, Gary, Ryan, Melissa, Laura, Robert and Rodney.
