She is survived by: her children, Charles R. Smith (Carol Kersjes), Melvin Smith (Kathy), Laurie Schultz (Rick) and Cindy Harner (Bernie); her siblings, Mary Smith, Rita Delk, Robert Sanchez, Alphonso "Buddy" Sanchez and Irene Jacob; her grandchildren, April, Danielle, Kelly, Melissa, Megan and Alec; and her great grandchildren, Elliot, Trevor and Wyatt.
