She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Cummins; her parents, Lillian Cook and James Cook; and her brothers, Melvin Clark and JT Cook.

She is survived by: her children, Lynn Saville (Bob) and Debbie Montague (Brian); her grandchildren, Jaime (Joe), Dana, Lindsey and Shannon (Tony); and her great grandchildren, Gabe, Grace and Levi.

In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St Jude Children Hospital or the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
