She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband William; her children, Kathi Beiswenger (Bill), William (Susan), Marjorie Olepa (Walter), Timothy (Lauri), Julie, David (Kathy), Alice Eldred-DuPont, James (Jacqueline) and Jane; her siblings, Katherine Daly, Alice Balavitch, Margaret Cate, Grace Kozik, Paul O'Brien, Thomas O'Brien and Patricia Matthews; and her father Judge Bernard P. O'Brien.
