We are sad to announce that on June 10, 2025, at the age of 93, Mildred Kesterson of Taylor, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, may Mildred find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may her legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
She was predeceased by: her husband Hubert N. Kesterson; and her parents, Millard Filmore and Nannie Stanley. She is survived by: her children, Neal Kesterson (Sue) and Vicki Kesterson-McCormick (Shawn); and her granddaughter Maggie McCormick. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Allen Park Chapel - Martenson Family (10915 Allen Rd, Allen Park, MI 48101). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at the Michigan Memorial Park (32163 Huron River Dr, Flat Rock, MI 48134).
