He is survived by: his wife Judith Quinlan (Balagna); his son David Quinlan (Tabitha) of Owosso, Michigan.; and his siblings, Rachelle Esper (late Jack), Terrence Quinlan (Darlene), Kathleen LaBoissiere (David), Michael Quinlan (Annie) and Dennis Quinlan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
