He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Quinlan and Etoile Quinlan (Brown); and his siblings, Larry Quinlan, David Quinlan (Lillian), Edward Quinlan and Eileen Quinlan (Mark Konick).
He is survived by: his wife Judith Quinlan (Balagna); his son David Quinlan (Tabitha) of Owosso, Michigan.; and his siblings, Rachelle Esper (late Jack), Terrence Quinlan (Darlene), Kathleen LaBoissiere (David), Michael Quinlan (Annie) and Dennis Quinlan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Howe-Peterson Funeral Home & Cremation Services - Taylor (9800 Telegraph Rd, Taylor, MI 48180). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Howe-Peterson Funeral Home, Taylor Chapel (9800 Telegraph Rd, Taylor, MI 48180).
