He was predeceased by: his wife Pat Smith; his parents, Worthington Smith and Ruby Smith; and his sister Gloria Williams. He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Norris (David "Michael) and JoAnn Hamp; his grandchildren, Tracy (Jim), Derrick (Heather) and Tim (Sarah); and his great grandchildren, Ayden, Cassidy, Conor, Autumn, Tyler and Tanner.
