He is survived by: his spouse Lynn; his children, Ken Johnson (Marissa), Bryan Johnson, Sarah Johnson (David Walsh) and David Johnson (Alyssa); and his grandchildren, Colten, Aaden, Weston, Isaak, Elliott, Calvin, Zachary, Miles, Charles and Oliver.
