She is survived by: her great grandchildren, Ariana, Avery, Maxson, Rylee, Madison and Sydney; her children, Kevin Botz (Mary) and Linda Sciborek (Gerald "Jerry"); and her grandchildren, Eric Botz (Erin), Ashley Young (Danny), Joshua Stout (Heather) and Alyssa Singelyn (Bradley).
