He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy May Proctor. He is survived by: his children, David Proctor (Kathy), DeAnn Proctor, Douglas Proctor (Sandy), Dawn Meharry (Steve) and Donna Schein (Steve); his cousin Patricia Proctor; and his sister-in-law Theresa Plaunt.
