Sandra Louise Hirata Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 5, 2025, at the age of 80, Sandra Louise Hirata in Taylor, Michigan, born in Allen Park, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Sandra may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Sandra touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by: her husband Kazumi Hirata; and her brother Steve Balogh Jr.. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Patricia Balogh-Tomlinson; and her sibling's children, Constance (Glen), Catherine Brooks (Dan) and Kenneth Balogh (Lea). She is also survived by many grand nieces, nephews, two great nieces, and numerous friends.

In honor of Sandra's giving nature, memorial contributions may be made to The American Cancer Society or the Humane Society.
