She is survived by: her mother Angeline Golembiewski; her children, Jessica Truesdell (Ryan), Kevin Berryhill and Kyle Berryhill (Ruby); her grandchildren, Xavier, Ivan and Olivia; her siblings, Stephen Golembiewski, Kathy Hamilton (Jim) and Patty Golembiewski; and her nieces, Tiffany and Katy. She is also survived by her family, friends.
