She is survived by: her children, Richard Koths (Suzy), Karen Kulp (James) and Kevin Koths (late Denise); her grandchildren, Steven (Sandy), Jennifer (Scott), Susan (Michael), Kevin (Charli), Allen (Stephanie) and Gary Davis; and her great grandchildren, David, Josh, Alice, Julia, Calvin, Hazel and Olivia.
