He is survived by: his child Haley Adkins; his mother Valerie Adkins; his siblings, Maria Adkins, Pebble Rowland (Ted) and Carl Adkins (Virginia); his nieces and nephews, Matthew, Jason, Amanda and Kaitlynn; and his aunt Irene Varga. He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews, many cousins, and his best friend.
