It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Levi Bassett of Taylor, Michigan, born in Westland, Michigan, who passed away on April 3, 2024, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parent Diana Bassett (Thorpe); his sister Tracy Baker; his cousin Donny Welch; and his aunts, Deniece and Darlene.

He is survived by : his sisters, Tonia Baker and Tammy Baker-Morgan; his uncle Dave; and his aunt Denise Thorpe. He is also survived by many loving cousins, extended family, and wonderful friends.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Crane Funeral Home (36885 Goddard Rd, Romulus, MI 48174). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
