We are sad to announce that, on June 24, 2025, at the age of 92, Virginia Ruth Lemay of Taylor, Michigan, born in Grand Rapids, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Moote and Agnes Moote; and her siblings, Ralph, Richard and Delores.

She is survived by: her husband Joseph Lemay; her children, Debra Howell (William), Lawrence Lemay (Susan), Dennis Lemay, Theresa McElroy (Brian), Denise Lemay, Angela Dettloff, Jeannie Kozakiewicz (Joseph), Julie Battjes (Wayne), Diane Desrosiers (Jacques), Kevin Lemay (Vicki), Thomas Lemay (Kelly) and James Lemay (Janet); and her siblings, Jean Lizak (Steve) and Donna Schwallier.
