He was predeceased by: his wife Jada; his son Walter Y. Howard; and his parents, Benjamin Howard and Maude Howard. He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Della Pelle (late Kevin), Brian Howard (Renee) and Rachel Furness; and his siblings, Ben, Lester, Violet, Linda, Louis and Ada.
