He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Lockwood and Kathleen Lockwood; and his son Vern Bell. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Lockwood; and his sister Maire Brennan (Paul). He is also survived by his six children, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
