He is survived by: his wife Denise Hooker; his children, Beverly Lang, Elizabeth Simm (Michael), Andrew Hooker (Alisa) and Timothy Hooker; his grandchildren, Craig, Michael, Christina, Ashley, Michelle, Earl, Tyler, Joseph, Daisy, Amelia, Delilah and Abigail; his sisters, Norma Davis, Mary Richardson (Sal) and Sue McKinney; and his sister-in-law Claudette Hooker.
