He is survived by: his wife Valerie Barrett; his pet Akina; his sisters, Denise Boose, Kathy Wollett (Jim) and Valerie McLemore (Matt); his daughter Krystal Carlson (Nicholas); his grandchildren, Kyle Barrett, Hannah Haley and Kyra Carlson; and his close friend Daryl Cox.
Viewing will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Purse Funeral Home (2959 N Adrian Hwy, Adrian, MI 49221). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
