He was predeceased by: his parents, James Kelly and Josephine Kelly; and his siblings, Warren Kelly and Beverly Bullard. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Kelly; his sister Nancy Rendeiro; and his children, Kelly Webb (Chester), Jayme Cottongim (Ken), Lora Cernuto (Thomas), Jack Couch III (Christina), Michelle Kelly, Angela Kelly and James Kelly (Jolynn). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
