He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his son Tristan Hook (Rachel) of Alden, IL; his grandson Hudson James Hook of Alden, IL; his brother Robert Hook of Baldwinsville, NY; his nieces, Jill Wentworth (Scott) and Hillary Krystiniak (Michael); and his brother-in-law Scott Stover (Barb).
