He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Vernon and Dorothy Irene McCord (Harris); his daughter Sherry Lynn Shepherd; and his sister Mary Pauline McCord. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hutchins; his sons, Jody Lee McCord, Michael Adam McCord and Richard Cody McCord; and his grandchildren, Ronnie Shepherd, Daniel Shepherd, Melissa McCord and Adalyn McCord. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
