We announce the death of Joseph Sulfaro Sr. of Tecumseh, Michigan, born in Monroe, Michigan, who passed away on July 27, 2026, at the age of 71. Joseph will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Sulfaro and Florence Sulfaro (Eberline); his wife Julie Sulfaro; and his sister Brenda Sulfaro. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Durham, Nicole Monhollen (Erik), Rachel Focht (Daniel) and Joe Sulfaro Jr. Loving; his grandchildren, Jacob, Lee, Tyler, Erica, Gage, Christina, Julie and Daniel; and his siblings, Theresa Lingar (Tommy), Mike Sulfaro (Sally), Rick Sulfaro (Sally), Dominic Sulfaro (Pam) and Paul Sulfaro.
In lieu of flowers, the Sulfaro family has asked for any donations to contribute toward funeral costs.
