He was predeceased by: his mother Corine Felan; his former wife Joy Roulo; his children, James Felan, Joanna Felan and Renee Burck (Craig); and his grandmother Angela Felan.
He is survived by: his wife Tammy Lynn Czarniowski; his grandchildren, Jasmine Gramling, Brendan Kopke, Chase Findley, Scott Raleigh and Olivia Burck; his siblings, David Sears (Barbara), Vicki Macias, Virginia Bernier, Moses Sears (Connie), Valerie Moore (Tom), Antonia Gaspard (Rick), Rebecca Boykin, John DeLaCruz, Bruce DeLaCruz, Joe DeLaCruz and James DeLaCruz (Michele); and his friend Wayne Holbrook.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Handler Funeral Home-Tecumseh Chapel (313 W Pottawatamie St, Tecumseh, MI 49286). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
