He was predeceased by: his parents, Galen Lucas and Louise Lucas (Case). He is survived by: his wife Lisa Louise Ray; his daughters, Crystal Preston (Adam) and Amber Hagaman (Derek); his grandsons, Alec, Aiden, Avery Preston and Hunter Hagaman; his sisters, Gail Duckworth (Jeff) and Lois Hammond (Don); his parents-in-law, Larry and Janet Ray; and his siblings-in-law, Brad and Kim Ray. He is also survived by his aunts, uncle, nieces, and nephews; and his friends.
