He was predeceased by: his parents, Alois Trendel and Isabel Trendel (Mulaney) of Vincent's Hospital; and his siblings, Louis and Sue. He is survived by: his wife Judy Velte of Clement's Church; his daughters, Jenny and Amy (Josh); his grandchildren, Alec (Jessica), Nicole, Griffin (Isabel) and Holden; his great grandchild Clay; his stepmother Mary; and his siblings, Larry (Pat), Jude, Mary (Bob), Marge (Jeff), Mike (Janell), Joe (Yong), Bill (Jill) and Ann (Tim). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
