We announce the death of Christine Suzanne Kollarik of Temperance, Michigan, born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on October 12, 2026, at the age of 60. Christine will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her husband Rich Kollarik; and her brother Jim Phalen. She is survived by: her sons, Richie Kollarik (Allysha) and Devin Kollarik (Marissa); her grandchildren, Gracyn, Parker and Richlynn; her siblings, Nadine Eischen-Klenke (Bud) and Jeff Phalen (Cindi); and her close friends, Pam Klotz and Marcia Trompter. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial gathering will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Freck Funeral Chapel (1155 S Wynn Rd, Oregon, OH 43616). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
