He is survived by: his wife Melva J. Bleikamp; his sister Georgia Wesley; his stepsisters, Joyce and Judy; and his siblings-in-law, Pam Heams, Martha, Sally, Phyllis Bleikamp and Mark Bleikamp. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
