He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Zakrzewski and Martha Zakrzewski (Kostowski); his brothers, Ron (Joanne Kwiatkowski) and Babe (Patricia Koczorowski); his nephew Jimmy Zakrzewski; and his great-niece Calista Zakrzewski.

He is survived by: his nieces, Constance Zakrzewski, Carol Bedell (Tom), Laura Kott (Rick) and Sandy Guiliani (Sis); his nephew Mark (Elaine); and his friend Vivian.
