He is survived by: his wife Tiffanie Chavalia; his sons, Kade, Liam and Treyson Chavalia; his mother Rebecca Hintz (Mark); his sister Jacklyn Chavalia; his sister-in-law Halie Almas; his niece Vivienne Rogoff; his grandmothers, Diane Chavalia and Cheryl Poore; and his mother-in-law Laura Poore. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
