He is survived by: his sons, James "Jim" Armstrong Jr. and Matthew "Matt" Armstrong (Anna); his grandchildren, Jessica Shultz (Carl), Jennifer Leu (Dan) and Delaina Althouse (Justin); his great grandchildren, Kael Leu, Emerson Shultz and Jacob Shultz (Joe); and his daughter-in-law Terri Armstrong. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
