She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Herrell and Myrtle Herrell (Minton); her husband Rev. JD Sulfridge; her son-in-law Pete Hoffman; her daughters, Patricia Ann Sulfridge, Linda Gail Duvall and Wanda Joyce Duvall; her brother Donald Edward Herrell; and her great grandchild Thayer Stump Jr..
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra Hoffman (late Walter "Pete") and Judy Schulz (Dan). She is also survived by ten grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren; and ten great great grandchildren.
