It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Ashburn of Temperance, Michigan, who passed away on April 12, 2026, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul J. Ashburn and Dorothy Ashburn (Pollauf); his mother-in-law Angela Milordi; and his brother-in-law Franco Gismondi. He is survived by: his wife Valda Milordi-Ashburn; his daughters, Lisa Ashburn and Julie Hegedus (Justin); his grandsons, Dylan and Tyler Hegedus; his sister Barbara Avery (Jack); his nieces, Christine Lodermeier (Rob) and Beth Avery (Dave Allen); his nephew Doug Avery; his brother Dan (Ruth); his nieces and nephews, Rebecca Lucarelli (Lou), Dave Ashburn (Amanda), Rachael Mattern (Brian) and Matt Ashburn (Abby); his sister-in-law Lisa Gismondi; his nephew Vince Gismondi (Mel); his stepson Sam; and his nephew Mike Gismondi.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to St. Jude Children's Hospital, St. Francis Mission in St. Francis, SD, or Red Cloud Indian School in Pine Ridge, SD.
