He was predeceased by: his wife Rita Rooyakkers-Verhart (Maria); his parents, Henk and Margaretha; and his siblings, Nelleke Veltkamp and Theodorus Rooyakkers (Donald).
He is survived by: his sister Tine T'Hoen; his children, Vicki Rooyakkers-Egan and Michael Rooyakkers; his grandchildren, Allison Egan (Will Bennett), Madeline Driftmyer (Kevin) and Caleb Rooyakkers (Brenna); and his great grandchild Cassidy Fitzgerald.
