He is survived by: his children, Steve Billings (Hope), Paula Swan and Sheila Reynolds; his sisters, Linda Brown (William), Debbie Bartel and Kathy Cornelison; and his grandchildren, Cody Billings (Avery), Makenzie Billings (Austin), Dani Rowland (Bobby), Liv Donbrosky, Hil Donbrosky (Steven), Nick Reynolds, Meghan Sidhar (Shubhum), Brittany Young, Ashley Stewart-Young (Faith) and Corvette Billings. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (4150 W Laskey Rd, Toledo, OH 43623). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 2:15 PM at the Ottawa Hills Memorial Park (4210 Central Ave, Toledo, OH 43606).
