She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymand Nutt and Mildred Nutt (Carder); and her sisters, Sandra Price and Mary Segur. She is survived by: her husband Julius David Zapko; her son Justin Zapko; her grandchildren, Hailey and Alexia Zapko; her siblings, Raymond Jr. Nutt (Karen), Randy Nutt (Brenda), Ronnie Nutt (Cathy) and Kathy Allred; and her sister-in-law Sherill Zapko. She is also survived by other relatives friends and neighbors.
