She is survived by: her husband Leonard A. Martin; her sons, Richard Chadwell (Judith) and David Chadwell (Rosalyn); her grandchildren, Michael, Crystal (Michael), Ricky, Dillian, Shelby, Christian, Hunter, Britney, Katilyn and Kyle; and her great grandchildren, Kylie, Kayden, Brentley, Marissa, Bryson, Briella, Joslyn, Braelynn, Elyana and Kyrie.
Memorial donations may be made to the Humane Society of Monroe County or the American Cancer Society.
