She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Burgard and Edna Burgard (Mominee); her husband Ronald; her daughter Audrey Born; and her granddaughter Lyndsey.
She is survived by: her sisters, Phyllis Bartel and Mary Adams; her children, Edward Carmichael (Melody), Paul Carmichael (Tammie) and Anne Montion (John); her son-in-law Bill Born; and her grandchildren, Kyle, Dennis Robinson, Emily, Amy, Jennifer, Garrett, Haley and Kelly. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 10:00 AM. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church (8330 Lewis Ave, Temperance, MI 48182).
