He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Carnicom and Jeannette Carnicom (Bullis); and his brother Robert "Tom" Carnicom. He is survived by: his wife Sandra (Klofta); his children, Kay Milkie (Marc) and Kevin Carnicom (Lisa); his grandchildren, Kendra Evans (Ben), Devon, Troy, Lauren, Leslie Milkie, Kylie Swindeman (Trent) and Kade Carnicom (Cassidy); his great grandchildren, Haris and Vivien; his sister Joyce Meier; and his sister-in-law Joan Carnicom.
Memorial donations may be given to Hospice of Northwest Ohio, or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
