We announce the death of Vernon Bius of Temperance, Michigan, who passed away on August 21, 2026, at the age of 79. Vernon will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bius and Dorothy Bius (Ragan); and his siblings, Marilyn Kennedy, Nancy Vaughn and John D. Bius II.
He is survived by: his wife Christine (Cole); his children, James Bius, Jennifer Bius and Tracy Leach; his grandsons, Christopher Blasingim, Dillon Blasingim, Nicholas Leach and Alexander Leach; and his siblings, Kathleen Hassen and James Bius (Kay). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be given to a charity of the donor's choice.
